As if it was a sign from above, something strange happened to me while I was at the mall.
I came across a man and a woman, who seemed to have just gone on a shopping spree. The woman was carrying so many bags that I could barely see her face. From the looks of it, they had purchased an entire new wardrobe, and it was all for her.
Her sundress was far too large for her, and it looked like it was about to slip off her shoulders any minute.
But the weirdest part was that I recognized her!
It took me a second, but I soon realized that she was my old High School friend Kayla. However, she was now half the size she used to be.
Kayla used to be a very kind person, but she was always self-conscious about her weight. She would hide in the back of group photos because of her “puffiness.”
So to see her looking like a model in a magazine was shocking and somewhat unfair.
But then, she recognized me too and approached me.
She asked about my well-being, and when I started talking, I couldn’t hold back my tears.
Kayla and her boyfriend were kind enough to take me aside and help me calm down.
Once I explained everything, they exchanged a knowing glance, and Kayla wrote something on a piece of paper. She handed it to me with a sly grin and said that it would change my life forever.
Later, when I got to my car, I stared out the window, I knew I only had two choices:
1. Continue to worry about what to eat, how much to exercise and how to hide my shame.
2. Take the time to watch the whole video Kayla just shared with me about this “Nobel-Winning Secret” and see if it could transform me.
I went with #2, choosing to invest the time to watch the whole video and see if it could work for me. Besides, I had nothing to lose.
I had no idea that this trick would transform my life in ways I never thought possible. I followed her advice to the letter and then I started to see results right away.
My body went through a complete transformation that I never imagined was possible.
I went from 203 pounds to 199, then 180, then 166, and finally down to 129.
I was completely shocked by how fast and effective this simple secret was!
I call it a secret, because if everyone knew, the fitness and diet industry would be upside down. To think an easy 10-second addition to your day could change your entire life is pretty impressive.
You see, we don’t actually have to work out for hours a day, or do crazy fasting, or eat nothing but rice cakes and kale chips to look amazing. Believe me I have tried every fad diet out there.
Seriously, I am still AMAZED when I look in the mirror and see the woman smiling back at me. People I haven’t seen in a while do a double take whenever they see me now.
For the first time ever I enjoy shopping for clothes! Shopping used to make me feel chubby and unattractive. I would go home depressed not buying a single thing. Then I would squeeze into my old stuff and feel even more miserable. I have so much confidence now! The college me is back. I loved her then and I love her even more now!
What’s even better? My last trip to the doctor confirmed what I had hoped for…. My heart was healthier than ever, my blood sugar levels (A1C) were now normal, and the doctors scale was no longer my nemesis! I dropped so much weight my doctor complimented my determination. I told him what did it for me and he said keep doing it then. You have amazing results.
What’s shocking to me is that I didn’t have to diet, starve, or even cut out my favorite foods. Incredible right?
